A yacht broker in Cyprus for people who buy carefully
I am Anestis Tsamouridis. I help clients buy, sell, charter and manage yachts in Cyprus — with the judgement that comes from running a yachting business here, not from a listings page.
My story
I did not come to yachting through a brokerage desk
I am the co-founder and CEO of Sea Trip, a family yachting business in Cyprus that I have been building since 2018. Before that, my background was hospitality — which turned out to be a better preparation for this work than it sounds.
Hospitality teaches you to read what a client actually needs, not what they first ask for. In yachting, that difference is expensive. A buyer who says they want a bigger boat often needs a different boat. A seller convinced their yacht is worth more than the market says needs a valuation, not encouragement.
Running a charter business also means I see vessels in operation, not only on paper. I know how a yacht behaves after three seasons in Mediterranean conditions, what maintenance is honestly deferred, and which specifications matter once you actually leave the marina.
I work in several languages, which in Cyprus is not a nicety. Deals here regularly involve a Greek-speaking yard, an English-language contract, and a buyer more comfortable in Russian.

Services offered
What I do for buyers, sellers and owners
- 01
Buying a yacht
Defining the right specification and budget before the search, sourcing vessels on and off market, qualifying sellers, coordinating viewings, surveys and sea trials, and managing the paperwork through to handover.
- 02
Selling a yacht
Realistic valuation first. Then preparation, presentation, and reaching genuine buyers rather than collecting enquiries. I manage offers, survey findings and the closing sequence.
- 03
Yacht charter
Crewed and bareboat charter across Cyprus and the Mediterranean, matched to the group, the season and the intended route — including corporate and private events.
- 04
Management & crew
Operational support for owners: maintenance planning, winterisation, crew arrangements and the running of a vessel that is used rather than stored.
- 05
Surveys & valuation
Arranging pre-purchase surveys with the right surveyor for the vessel, and independent valuation for sale, insurance or financing purposes.
- 06
Investment advisory
Guidance on yacht ownership as an asset in Cyprus: charter yield expectations, ownership structures, and the costs owners systematically underestimate.

Availability varies by season and by what is genuinely on the market — I do not list vessels I cannot actually deliver.

Tell me what you are trying to do
The most useful first conversation is not about a specific boat. It is about what you want the boat to do — how you will use it, how often, and with whom. Send me that, and I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
